mirai warrants each MLP battery against defects in materials for a prorated period of three (3) years from the date of purchase upon registration of the product on the mirai website. A standard one (1) year warranty applies if the product is not registered.

mirai warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period when given normal, proper and intended usage. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, mirai will, at its sole option, provide a prorated replacement with the same or similar product.

The three (3) year warranty shall be prorated as follows:

• Any failure within the first year will result in a complete replacement of the product
• Any failure in the second year will result in a replacement product provided at 30% of the initial product cost
• Any failure in the third year will result in a replacement product provided at 60% of the initial product cost

The warranty is non-transferable. Only the original customer is covered under the warranty. mirai products sold from auction sites or classified ads by private sellers will not be honored.

The warranty does not apply to a product which has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, unauthorized alterations, repairs or odifications, unless explicitly authorized by mirai. The warranty does not cover any events including, but not limited to:

• Any damages from draining the battery below 12.8v or 80% depth of discharge
• Any damages from using a charger that charges outside of the optimal voltage range of 13.6v to 14.4v.
• Any damages from current loads beyond the battery specifications
• Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects
• Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, or use in any unsuitable environment in mirai's opinion
• Any damage resulting from shipping, claims must be made with the shipping carrier
• mirai does not warrant that its product will meet customer's requirements. It is solely the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for their use
• Removal or installation charges
• Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for replacement products

In the unlikely event that warranty service is required, mirai will request a proof of purchase, store receipt or invoice, and the user must provide that in order to receive warranty service unless permitted otherwise. All returns must include an RMA number, please contact us and we will issue an RMA number for you. Shipping methods and insurance are the choice of the customer.
